摘要
针对粉状物料运输车智能卸料控制装置对信号采集的需要,介绍一种基于SOPC技术的数惦采集接口设计方法。该接口使用串行AD变换芯片,利用VHDL语言和FPGA产生数据采集所需要的控制信号并实现对数据的处理,通过内部总线与SOPC智能控制模块、人机交互模块实现数据交换,
Nowdays the transport of the powder material is controled by SCM,but the hardware and software design is too complex so a design based on SOPC technology is proposed.It is set AD sampling, switching value, the control of the keyboard and LCD in one.It has some advantages such as flexible design,cut, expanded, upgrade online.The flexible circuit of AD sampling interface makes the transport of the powder material practicability.
