摘要
目的:了解医院护士甲型H1N1流感知识、态度、行为,为评价医院护士开展甲型H1N1流感健康教育效果提供资料。方法:随机抽取广西某医院护士94名,采用自行编制H1N1流感健康教育知识、态度、行为问卷进行调查。结果:医院护士对H1N1流感知识普遍掌握较好,但仍有不足,仅55.3%护士了解病人与无症状携带者同为传染源;42.6%护士了解可通过在笔、书、键盘传播;34.0%护士认识甲型H1N1流感对人类严重威胁;40.4%护士已经接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗。结论:应开展健康教育,进一步提高医院护士甲型H1N1流感的认识,防控医院甲型H1N1流感。
Objective：To learn hospital nurses ,knowledge attitude belief and practice about A/ H1N1 Influenza,in order to provide baseline data for evaluating effect of A/H1N1 influenza health education among hospital nurses. Methods：94 nurses were selected by random sampling method and surveyed with a self-conducted KAP questionnaire about A/H1N1 influenza a health education.Results：Hospital nurses generally have a better knowledge of H1N1 influenza. But still inadequate,Only 55.3% of nurses know the patients and non-symptomatic carriers of the same as the source of infection ; 42.6% of nurses understand that the H1N1 Influenza can spread virus through pens books or keyboards; 34.0% of nurses understanding that Influenza A H1N1 flu have a serious threat to humanity ; 40.4% of nurses have been vaccinated Influenza A H1N1 influenza vaccine.Conclusion：Health education should be carried out in order to raise hospital nurses,awareness about A/H1N1 influenza and prevent its prevalence in hospital.
