摘要
本文利用差示扫描量热计(DSC)研究了橡胶配合剂对BR胶的硫化热焓的影响。探索了BR硫化胶的硫化热焓与交联程度的关系,初步发现利用硫化热焓与交联程度的关系可以建立一种测定硫化胶的交联程度和橡胶与溶剂相互作用参数(x)的新方法。
The effects of compounding ingredients on the cure enthalpies of BR vulcanizate, and the relationship between cure enthalpies and crosslink densities were investigated. It was found preliminarily that a new method, which in used for examing the crosslink densities of valcanizates and examing the interaction parameters (x) of rubber with solvent, would be established by means of the relationship of cure enthalpy and crosslink density.
