Ca^(2+)-Lys螯合物的合成与表征

摘要 以L-赖氨酸盐酸盐(L-Lys)和氢氧化钙为原料合成了L-赖氨酸钙螯合物。通过正交实验确定螯合物最佳合成条件为:n(L-Lys)∶n[Ca(OH)2]=2∶1、反应温度70℃、反应时间2.5 h,此时螯合物的产率可达90.18%。产品经纯化处理后,通过元素分析、红外光谱分析、X-射线粉末衍射分析等对其结构进行了表征,推测出螯合物可能分子组成为Ca[NH2(CH2)4CHNH2COO]2.2 H2O。 Ca^2+-Lys chelate was synthesized with L-lysine monohydrochloride and calcium hydroxide as raw materials. The optimum conditions obtained by orthogonal experiment were as follows: the molar ratio of L-lysine monohydrochloride to calcium hydroxide was 2 : 1, the reaction temperature was 70℃, and the reaction time was 2.5 h. The yield of the chelate was 90.18%. After purification, the composition and properties of the chelate were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectrum and X-ray powder diffraction. The composition of the chelate was conformed to be Ca[NH2(CH2)4CHNH2COO]2·2H2O.
