焊接无裂纹低碳贝氏体钢焊接性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文针对国产焊接无裂纹低碳贝氏ADB610钢和WDB620钢,从力学性能的角度和焊接缺陷的角度,对其焊接性能进行研究。根据焊接性试验结果,对焊接接头的拉伸性能、冷弯性能和冲击韧性进行了分析。结果表明,两种钢在不同焊接方法下具有优良焊接性能。根据两种钢实际焊接结构焊接接头X射线底片上检测出的焊接缺陷,进行缺陷类型排列图的分析,表明两种钢在不同焊接方法下焊接接头缺陷类型绝大部分是气孔和夹渣,裂纹敏感性小,焊接性能优良。 From the mechanical property and welding defect points of view, weldability of crack free low carbon bainite steel ADB610 and WDB620 are studied. Based on weldabihty test in three weld methods, it is indicated that weld joints have better tensile strength, bending property and impact toughness. Welding defects of steel ADB610 and WDB620 weld joints on the X- rays negative film in three weld methods are analyzed. With Pareto diagrams of defects type being drawn and analyzed, it is found that the main defects types are air hole and slag inclusion, and the crack is very seldom, which indicates that steel ADB610 and WDB620 have httle crack tendency.
