摘要
本工作用反气相色谱研完了两个氯含量相近的氯化聚乙烯共混体系的等温相分离过程。结果表明,该体系的等温相分离过程可分成三个阶段,称之为“诱导期”、“加速期”和“渐稳期”。在相分离过程中探针的保留峰形在某种意义上代表了体系的状态和相分离趋势。通过考查在等温相分离中升温前后保留体积和保留峰形的特性,认为大分子链的相互运动对探针分子运动的影响是造成相分离过程中各种异常变化的原因。此外还讨论了不同温度下等温相分离后的保留特性。
In this work, the thermally-induced phase separation of a blend of two chlorinated polyethylenes -with different but very close chlorine contents has been investigated by inverse gas chromatography (IGC) . Our results indicate that the process of isothermal phase separation may be divided into three stagess: 'initiation' , 'acceleration' and 'gradual stabilization'. The retention peak shape of the probe in the process of phase separation stands for, in a sense, the state of the blend system and the tendency of phase separaton at that particular moment. By examining the characteristics of the retention volume and peak shape before and after isothermal phase separation, we consider that the action of interaction of motion of molecular 'chains of the components during phase separation on the motion of the probe is the cause of all the unusual changes during phase separation The retention characteristics after isothermal phase separation under different temperatures is also discussed.
