摘要
目的观察一期双侧人工全髋关节置换治疗双侧髋部病变的疗效。方法对20例40个髋关节一期进行人工全髋关节置换术,术前Harris评分平均41.6分,双下肢不等长0～3.8 cm,平均2.12 cm。结果术后无感染,髋关节无脱位,假体周围无骨折,双下肢不等长0.4～1.5 cm,平均0.96 cm,髋部疼痛缓解,关节功能活动满意,恢复正常的日常活动,最后随访时Harris评分平均85.4分。结论一期双侧人工髋关节置换治疗双侧髋部病变可减轻患者的痛苦及经济负担,对全身情况较好的患者是一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To observe the effect of one - stage bilateral total hip arthreplasty. Methods 20 patients were indicated for bilateial total hip arthroplasty （THA）. Their average preoperative Harris score was 41.6 points. The limbs length discrepancy was 0 -3.8 cm, the average was 2. 12 cm. Results No infection and periprosthetic fractures or dislocation were found. No postoperative wound infection was found. The limbs length discrepancy was 0. 4 - 1.5 cm, the average was 0. 96 cm. The pain of lip relieved, joint motion function was satisfied, daily activities were recoveried. Their average Harris score was 85.4 points in final follow - up. Conclusion One - stage bilateral total hip arthreplasty can relieve the pain and economic burden, and is a safe and effective method to the patient of good general physical condition.
