摘要
目的观察中药联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床疗效。方法将观察治疗的60例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例采用中药活血排卵汤、加味苍附导痰汤,助孕口服液合克罗米芬治疗,对照组30例仅用克罗米芬治疗。结果治疗组治愈率、总有效率和妊娠率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药联合克罗米芬对多囊卵巢合征不孕症有良好的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbs combined with clomiphene on treating polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS） infertility.Method 60 patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome were randomized into text groups（n=30,treated with Huoxue Pailuan Decoction,Cangfu Daotan Decoction,Zhuyun oral liquid plus clomiphene）,and control group（n=30,treated with clomiphene only）.Results Comparison on the recovery rate,total effective rate and pregnancy rate showed significant difference（P0.05） that treatment group was obviously superior to that of control group.Conclusin Chinese medicine combined with clomiphene indeed has a good therapeutic effect on this disease.
