静应力下聚合物材料对温度变化的应变响应 被引量:2

THE STRAIN RESPONSE OF THE POLYMERS BY THE TEMPERATURE CHANGE UNDER STATIC STRESS

摘要 悬浮聚氯乙烯(S-PVC)和(PP)材料在静应力和温度载荷下将发生蠕应变和热应变。蠕应变的速度是温度和已有应变值的直接函数,而与达到这个应变值的途径无关。热应变在一定的载荷范围内具有可逆性。由于这两个性质,蠕应变和热应变可分开研究,而且可线性叠加。其次,材料对其应变史中的相对最大应变值有记忆效应。 In case of mechanical tensile load and additionally superimposed thermal alternating load, the elongation curves of the S-Polyvinylchloride (PVC) and polypropylene (PP) specimens were recorded. At constant load the creep rate only depends on the momentary temperature values and on the strain no matter how the strain was obtained. Below a centain degree of the stress the thermal expansion is reversible. From this reason the creep strain and the thermal expansion can be separately examined and added. Moreover a memory phenomenon of the maximal strain value of the load history was registered.
