摘要
目的:进一步健全医院管理机制,完善医院人本管理制度。方法:对医院人本管理的内涵和基本特征,人本管理模式的重要性及有效途径进行分析。结果:提出了医院人本管理模式的理念、路径和实现方式。结论:人本理念越来越为人们关注,规范着管理行为的实施,制约着管理功能的实现。
Objective:To strengthen the hospital management mechanism in order to promote humanistic-oriented management system of a public hospital. Methods: The connotation, feature, importance and effective approach of humanistic-oriented management mode of a public hospital was analyzed. Results: The ideas, approaches and ways humanistic-oriented management mode of a public hospital was realized. Conclusion: Humanistic-oriented idea is strengthened among people, as the solicitude regarding the ideas is realized and management behavior and function are stipulated.
