摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法对清喉炎合剂和冲剂中的黄芩甙含量进行测定．固定相柱为Ｓｈｉｍ－ｐａｃｋＣＬＣ－ＯＤＳ（１５０ｍｍ×６ｍｍ，５μｍ）；流动相为甲醇－水－磷酸（４７∶５３∶０．２），检测波长２７７ｎｍ．方法平均回收率及ＲＳＤ分别为９９．４％和２．３％．
The baicilin in qinghouyan mixture was determined by reverse phase HPLC on shimpack CLC ODS column (150mm×6mm,5μm) with UV detector and methanol water phosphoric acid (47∶53∶0.2) as mobile phase (1.0ml/min).The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 99.4% and 2.3% respectively.
