摘要
用衍射理论分析了随机位相板的单元形状对远场光斑特性的影响，并用面阵ＣＣＤ相机间接测量了不同单元形状（正三角形、正方形和正六边形）随机位相板的远场光斑包络。
Beaded on the diffraction theory,the influences of element shape of random phase plate on the far field spot characteristics are analyzed.The intensity envelopes of the far field sopts are recorded indirectly by a 2D CCD camera and then analyzed by a computer.The experimental envelopes of the spots agree qualitatively with the theoretical calculation results.
