摘要
《内经.经脉别论》曰:"饮入于胃,游溢精气,上输于脾,脾气散精,上归于肺,通调水道,下输膀胱。水精四布,五经并行。"总结了人体的津液代谢过程,提出了人体的津液代谢与肺、脾、肾3脏紧密相关,为后世的津液代谢及津液的病理、治疗的论述提供了依据。后世在治疗关于水液疾病的问题上,多以此为依据,收益颇多。
Neijing once said ：when the fluid flows into stomach, it could produce Jing-qi, ascend to spleen, spleen scatters Jing-qi, ascribe to lung, smoothing the waterway, taking downward to bladder, the fluid and jing distribute far and near,the five channels run simultaneously. It summed up the process of body fluid in human body, put forward that the metabolism of the body fluid was closely con＇elated with three of organ, including lung, spleen and kidney. It provided the basis for the pathology and therapy of the body fluid. Now we often refer to these content when we treat the body fluid disease.
