系统性红斑狼疮伴发深静脉血栓7例分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)伴发深静脉血栓(DVT)患者的临床特点。方法对7例确诊SLE伴发DVT患者的临床资料进行整理分析。结果7例均为女性,2例以DVT为首发症状,其余5例在SLE病程2～36个月中伴发。结合临床表现和辅助检查,诊断为SLE伴发下肢DVT4例,门静脉、肠系膜上静脉、颅内静脉窦血栓各1例。经糖皮质激素、抗凝及溶栓等治疗,肠系膜上静脉血栓患者行手术治疗。4例患者治愈,2例改善,1例因肺动脉栓塞死亡。结论SLE可伴发DVT患者及早抗凝、溶栓等治疗可取得良好疗效,但需注意防止血栓脱落和肺动脉栓塞。
