摘要
客户需求向设计要求的转化是产品设计中的关键步骤之一,文章采用模糊层次分析法建立模糊一致判断矩阵来确定产品环境需求重要度,给出了产品绿色设计要求层次结构,并基于改进质量屋实现了产品环境需求向产品绿色设计要求的转化;以客户对产品环境需求的满意程度最优为目标,建立了优化数学模型,并给出了相应的求解算法;以洗碗机的产品环境需求转化为例,对该方法进行了验证。
Mapping customer requirements to design requirements is one of key procedures in product design. By setting up a fuzzy consistent matrix, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) method is employed to identify the important levels of environmental requirements of the product. A hierarchical framework of design requirements of the green product is given. Environment requirements of the product are mapped to design requirements of the green product based on improved House of Quality(HoQ). Targeting on the optimized satisfaction of environmental requirements of the product from customers, an optimized mathematic model is established and the corresponding algorithm is given. Finally, the mapping of environmental requirements of a dishwasher is exemplified to validate the method.
