该文分析和介绍了鄂州电厂３００ＭＷ汽轮机调节和保护系统的特点、组成和功能。尤其对其升速控制、并网速度匹配控制、转速功率和自动启动系统（ＨＩＴＡＳＳ）的功能、控制方式进行了较为详细的分析与介绍。
Abstract The paper describes and analyzes the special features, the conformation and functions of the governing and protection system of Ezhou Power Plant's 300 MW Steam Turbine set. Especially in detail are described the control of speed up and network joining, the function of the speed up——leading and automatic stating system (HITASS).
