摘要
设计了基于PIC16F72单片机的电动自行车无刷直流电动机控制器,详细介绍了控制器的硬件组成和软件程序流程,硬件部分以PIC16F72单片机作为控制芯片,通过微控制单元电路、转子位置信号采集电路、驱动电路、硬件保护电路等电路模块的设计,实现了电动机的智能控制以及欠压保护、过流保护、堵转保护等功能;软件部分采用模块化编程和结构化编程,便于用户二次开发。该控制器实现了电动自行车的电动、定速和助力3种工作模式,并且在系统出错情况下具有自检功能。
It is designed that a controller of hrushless DC motor for electric bicycle based on PICI6F72 MCU in this paper and it presents hardware structure and software program process of the controller. The PIC16F72 MCU has been selected as controlling chip. The design of hardware including MCU circuit, position of the rotor circuit, driving circuit and hard- ware protection circuit have carried out intelligent control of motor, less voltage protection, over-current protection and wrong angle protection. The software was designed following the principle of modularization and structured programming, which is convenient for the further development. This controller realizes three functions including electro-motion,stationary speed and assisting work mode and has self-testing mode which works under error circumstances.
