摘要
目的观察对患儿家属实施健康教育减少候诊时间的负性心理的研究。方法采用自行设计的问卷对354例门诊患儿家属进行调查。结果家属对健康教育需求具有多阶段、个性化的特点,宜采用因人施教、内容丰富、形式多样的教育方式。结论加强健康教育的人才培养,制定以患儿家属为中心的健康教育模型,规范护理行为,对提高护理服务具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate whether health education can reduce the negative psychological effect of families during the waiting time to see the doctor. Methods Aquestionnaire for 354 out - patient children with their families was designed to investigate the objective above. Results Families of children need a multi - stage health education with personalized features, thereby an individualized education with diverse forms and abundant content was performed. Conclusion It is of great significance for improving the care to strengthen the health education and personnel training, enact health education model concentrated on children' s families, and standardize nursing care and behavior.
