血气分析仪与生化分析仪相同检测项目的比较分析 被引量:21

摘要 目的探讨血气分析仪与生化分析仪在不同类别的样本中血钾(K+)、血钠(Na+)、血糖(Glu)以及血总二氧化碳(TCO2)4个相同检测项目的可比性。方法分别用GEMPremier 3000血气分析仪与罗氏COBAS C501模块化全自动生化分析仪对40例患者的动脉全血和静脉血清样本进行血钾、血钠、血糖以及血总二氧化碳的检测,对检测结果进行相关分析和配对t检验。结果两种仪器测定血钾、血钠、血糖以及血总二氧化碳的结果均有显著相关性(r=0.9850,r=0.9953,r=0.9916,r=0.9408,全部P<0.01),两种仪器测定血钠、血糖的结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。GEM Premier 3000血气分析仪测定血钾的结果显著高于罗氏COBAS C501生化分析仪(P<0.01),总二氧化碳的结果显著低于罗氏COBAS C501生化分析仪(P<0.01)。结论GEM Premier 3000血气分析仪能替代传统生化分析仪测定血钾、血钠、血糖以及血总二氧化碳,但血钾和血总二氧化碳的结果有差异。 Objective To explore the correlation and possible differences of blood potassium, sodium, glucose and total carbon dioxide measured by blood gas analyzer and biochemical analyzer. Methods The concentrations of artery or vein blood potassium, sodium, glucose and total carbon dioxide from 40 patients was examined by GEM Premier 3000 blood gas analyzer and ROCHE COBAS C501 Automated biochemical analyzer, and pearson correlation analysis and paired t - test were employed to analyze the results. Results A significant correlation was found between results of blood potassium, sodium, glucose and total carbon dioxide of blood gas analyzer and biochemical analyzer(r =0. 9850, r =0. 9953, r =0. 9916, r =0. 9408, all P 〈0. 01). There was no significant difference between sodium and glucose concentration detected by these two instruments, while potassium concentration by GEM Premier3000 blood gas analyzer was significantly higher than that by COBAS C501 biochemical analyzer( P 〈 0.01 ), and total carbon dioxide concentration from GEM Premier 3000 blood gas analyzer was significantly lower than that by COBAS C501 biochemical analyzer(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion GEM Premier 3000 blood gas analyzer can be used as a substitute for conventional biochemical analyzer in the detection of blood potassium, sodium, glucose and total carbon dioxide, but there are differences of blood potassium and total carbon dioxide measured by two methods above.
