摘要
目的探讨超声引导下肺肿块穿刺活检的临床意义。方法回顾性分析我院超声引导下穿刺活检92例肺部肿块临床资料。结果92例肺部肿块1次性取材成功,其中肺部恶性肿瘤占80.4%,炎性病灶占15.2%,肺结核占4.4%。结论超声引导下肺穿刺活检肺肿块,运用导向针,操作安全、迅速,定性诊断准确、有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound - guided biopsy in the diagnosis of pulmonary tumor. Methods The data of hospital ultrasound - guided biopsy in 92 cases with lung mass were analyzed retrospectively. Results 92 cases with pulmonary mass were abtained successfully in one time, and lung cancer, inflammatory lesions and tuberculosis accounted for 57.8%, 22.2% and 4.4%. Conclusion Ultrasound - guided biopsy is safe, rapid, accurate and efficient to identify pulmonary mass.
