摘要
大容量断路器的主要故障模式之一是触头弹簧在较高温度下出现的应力松弛。文中讨论了影响螺旋弹簧应力松弛的因素、降低应力松弛的方法及弹簧的入厂检验方法，以提高弹簧工作可靠性。
The stress relaxation of contact spring appeared at high temperature is one of the main failure modes in high capacity circuit breaker.In this paper,factors influencing stress relaxation of helical spring, methods reducing it and its entrance examining methods are discussed to increase the operational reliability of helical spring in high capa city circuit breaker.
