摘要
从分工的产业领域和分工的形态来看,国际分工已经历了工业与农业的产业间分工、工业内部的产业内分工和产品内部的分工,目前正朝着制造业与服务业之间的分工形态演进。生产要素内涵的扩展和国际生产组织的创新是"服务-制造"新形态国际分工的基础。这种分工模式给各分工国带来了发展机遇,但也产生了经济失衡等诸多痼疾,由于其过于偏向某一产业,因而对中美等大国而言都不具有可持续性。后危机时代国际分工模式必将出现重大调整,我国应审时度势,制定并实施相应的对策。
From the perspective of industries field division and forms division,the international division of labor has experienced the form of inter-industry between industry and agriculture,the form of intra-industry and that of intra-product.At present,the international division of labor is developing into the new model of ＂service-manufacturing＂.The expanding of production factors connotation and the innovations of international production organizations have promoted the new division and built the foundation of the new division model.This new division has encouraged the world economy growth and also brought some problems such as economy imbalance simultaneously.As the new division model lays a particular emphasis on certain industry,it is not sustainable for large countries such as China and America.Consequently,the international division of labor will be adjusted significantly,and the government should take some corresponding strategies to keep pace with the situation.
