摘要
本课题筛选、研制了能够满足道岔工作条件，摩擦系数较低的三种自润滑材料。并用这些材料设计、制作了不影响原道岔结构，拆装方便，可适合各种轴重，不同速度列车运行的自润滑道岔滑床板。经在沈阳局大成站试铺和现场测试，运转正常，效果良好。采用自润滑道岔滑床板可以减少道岔的养护工作量，避免涂油造成的道床污染，延长转辙机内转换部件的使用寿命，具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。
The current research subject covers the selection and manufacturing of three sorts of self lubricating material with low friction coefficient that are suitable to the work condition of switches with these material we have designed and manufactured the self lubricating switchglide which suits the operation of trains with different running speed and axle load.The switchglide can be easily installed and does not affect the present construction of switch.It has proved to be highly effective through on site trial use and test.Using this type of switchglide can reduce switch maintenance work,avoid ballast pollution and prolong the service life of switch with remarkable social and economic benefit.
