摘要
以马占相思和厚荚相思树皮粉为原料,采用单因素试验法,探讨不同树脂含量对模压制品的密度、吸水厚度膨胀率、静曲强度和内结合强度的影响。试验结果表明,树脂含量对模压制品密度、吸水厚度膨胀率、静曲强度、弹性模量和内结合强度均有显著影响。随着树脂含量的增加,模压制品的各项物理力学性能都会提高。在压力36 MPa、时间8 min、温度160℃的条件下,树脂含量为15%时,模压制品吸水厚度膨胀率低,静曲强度和内结合强度均优于中密度纤维板,并达到家具类模压刨花制品一等品要求。
Manufacturing technology of mold products by Acacia bark was studied, and the effects of resin content on properties of products' density, 24h thickness swelling percentage (24hTS), MOE, MOR and IB were discussed through a single factor experiment method. The results showed that resin content had significant effects on products' properties. 24hTS, MOR and IB of mold products in- creased as resin content increased. The optimum technology parameters for mold products by Acacia bark were selected as: mold pressure 36MPa, hot-pressing time 8min, hot-pressing temperature 160℃, and resin content 15% . Products 24hTS were low, and both MOR and IB met the require- ment of mold products, superior to MDF and reached the standard of 1st grade of mold particleboard.
