摘要
为解决有机硅消泡剂在己二酸生产中存在的问题,研制国产消泡剂替代进口消泡剂,对比国产消泡剂和进口消泡剂在生产中的效果,证明在己二酸生产中使用国产消泡剂比进口消泡剂更利于生产。能稳定生产,降低消耗。
To solve the problems of organic silicon defoaming agent in the adipic acid production, the import defoaming agent substituted for domestic defoaming agent, and through comparing the effects of production between domestic defoaming agent and import defoaming agent, it indicated the domestic defoaming agent had a great advantages than imports in the adipic acid production. It can stable the production and reduce the consumption.
