摘要 本文用Brabender塑化仪、动态粘弹谱仪、DSC分析仪和扫描电镜,研究了第三组分对聚氯乙烯/顺丁橡胶(丁苯橡胶)共混体系性能、相容性和形态结构的影响。结果表明:NBR-18是PVC/BR(SBR)的优良增容剂,可以显著地改善共混物的力学性能,在共混物中起表面活性剂的作用,促进了PVC粒子的细微化和均匀分散,增强了两相界面作用力。PVC/NBR-18/BR(SBR)综合了PVC和BR(SBR)的性能,具有良好的力学、耐老化、耐低温和阻燃性能。 The effects of third component on the properties, compatibility and morphology of the poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) blends with butadiene rubber (BR) for styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) were studied by means of Brabender plasticorder, dynamic visco-elastic spectrum, differential scanning calorimeter, scanning electron microscope and through their mechanical property test.The results show that acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber-18 (NBR-18) is the best compatibilizer for the PVC/BR (SBR) blends, and leads the strength of the blends increased significantly. NBR-18 makes the PVC particles smaller and uniformly distributed in the blends, the interaction between PVC and BR (SBR) is strengthed wherein. The PVC/NBR-18/BR (SBR) is a promising polymeric material, it combines the merits of both PVC and BR (SBR) .
