摘要
通过对饲料粉碎机锤片的4种硬化处理工艺的比较,从碳化钨合金材料的性质、母材和焊接方式的选择、焊前预热以及机器人焊接技术的应用等方面对锤片的碳化钨堆焊工艺进行了分析研究,针对此工艺中可能出现的问题提出了有效的解决方案。
Four kinds of hardening treatment technologies for hammers of a hammer mill were compared, the tungsten carbide built-up welding technologies for hammers from such perspectives as properties of tungsten carbide alloy materials, selection of base materials and welding methods, preheating for welding and application of robot welding etc. were analyzed and studied. The effective solutions for the possible problems occurring in the process were put forward according to practical experiences.
