摘要
通过研究U型单元的大小、行间距、列间距等参数对整个气液分离器性能的影响及通过风洞实验验证U型单元气液分离器的阻力特性和防浪能力,来验证U型单元气液分离器的可行性。在数值模拟过程中,利用简化后的二维模型,并引入周期性边界条件控制计算域的相对尺度。在专用小型风洞实验台上进行实验,为气液分离器的研究提供了有价值的参考依据。
In this paper, in order to verify the feasibility of U-beam separator, its performance studied with approach of numerical simulation and experiments on wind tunnel to study its pressure drop and separation efficiency, which studied several factors with its influence to separator, such as the shape of beam, space between lines and columns. A simplified two-dimensional model was utilized and cyclic boundary conditions were introduced to control the relative dimensions in a computation domain. The test was carried out on a dedicated small-size wind-tunnel test rig. These provided a valuable reference basis for separator' s research.
