摘要
管理学是一门实践性很强的学科,案例教学在管理学的教学中起很大的作用。本文从案例教学法的内涵、案例选取原则、案例教学的实施过程以及如何完善案例教学这四个方面对案例教学法在管理学中的实效教学进行了探讨。
Management is a very practical subject, case teaching in the teaching of management played a significant role. In this paper, the connotation of case teaching, case selection principles, case teaching, case of the implementation process, as well as how to improve the teaching of these four aspects of case teaching method in the management of the effectiveness of the teaching are discussed.
