住宅产业无论对整个房地产业,还是对其相关产业、人居环境和社会经济的影响都非常明显。本文运用灰关联的理论对影响湛江住宅需求的因素做关联分析,得出影响湛江住宅需求相关因素的主次关系。
Whether to the entire real estate industry or to its related industries, living environment and socio-economic, the housing market＇s impact is very significant. This paper analysis the factors which affect Zhanjiang＇s housing demand applying the theory of Grey Correlation, giving the primary and secondary relationship of relevant factors about affecting housing demand in Zhanjiang.
