摘要
统计调查体系包括方法体系、组织体制、法规体系、资源配置等多方面内容,其中最核心的是方法体系与组织体制。本文对统计调查体系中的方法体系与组织体制两个方面开展了研究。文章在回顾改革开放以来我国统计调查体系发展历程的基础上,深入分析我国统计调查体系现存的突出问题,并对进一步改革进行了思考。
Among many aspects included in the statistical survey system,such as methodology system,organizational structure,legal system,resource allocation and so on,this paper researches on the two core contents： methodology system and organization structure. Based on reviewing the development process of the statistical survey system since the reform and opening up,this paper deeply analyses the outstanding problems exist in China＇s statistical survey system and makes reflections on the further reform.
