摘要
目的:保障在院部队患者治疗的前提下,开拓网络环境区域医疗之路,加强为部队服务功能。方法:医院成立为部队服务领导小组,在综合信息网上开发应用一系列软件系统,向部队拓展医疗服务。结果:广大官兵可通过网络预约挂号、查阅就医数据、评价服务质量,部队卫生管理部门随时调阅其人员就医情况,实现网上视频帮带、教学、会诊,创建家庭病房等。结论:依托医院局域网和军事综合信息网,拓展系统功能,建立医院与体系、体系与体系间医疗服务保障综合信息平台,逐步步入区域医疗信息化阶段。
Objective To implement informatized regional medical care without suspension of daily treatment for army patients. Methods Leadership for military medical service was established, and a series of software systems were developed for integrated information network. Results Network registration, medical data inquiry, service quality assessment, remote teaching and consultation were realized.
