摘要
本文介绍了一种用透射电镜研究共混型热塑性弹性体的制样方法,其与传统方法的不同之处是在染色前先用具有双键的溶剂将试样溶胀。此制样方法对于完全硫化共混型热塑性弹性体是有效的。研究结果证实了SBR/BR/LDPE完全硫化共混型热塑性弹性体是以塑料为连续相,交联了的橡胶颗粒为分散相的形态特征。
This paper concerns a new method of specimen prepartion of blending mode thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV'S) with transmission electron microscope (TEM). The difference between this method and the traditional one is the swell of specimen with doble bond containing solvent before colouring. The method is effective for fully vulcanized blending mode TPV.The results indicate that the TPV of SBR/BR/LDPE has the exact morphological structure in which the resin is the continuous phase and crosslinked rubber particles are the dispering phase.
