摘要
介绍了陕北低变质煤在陕西省冶金设计研究院研发的SH2007型内热式直立炭化炉上干馏的工艺流程,并介绍了该炭化炉正常生产的关键操作工艺,该工艺生产的半焦、焦油、煤气具有较好的经济价值。
The process of low-temperature carbonization of subcannel coal in Northern Shanxi Province through the vertical internal heating retort furnace designed by Shanxi Metallurgical Design ＆ Research Institute CO., LTD. and the key factors of how to operate the furnace were introduced. The carbonization products, such as semicoke, tar and coal gas have high commercial value.
