摘要
为了实现食品行业的可持续发展,将工业生态学与食品工业有机结合,分析和阐明了食品工业生态学的基本理念,并且把生态学思想贯穿到食品生产、加工以及消费、还原的全过程。随着《食品工业生态学》的课程设置与实践,生态学思想逐渐深化发展,为培养更多具有生态食品产业思维的食品工程专门性人才奠定了良好的基础。
To achieve sustainable development, Industrial ecology is introduced in food industry. Its basic Principles are widely applied in food manufacture and food consumption. As related courses spread throughout universities, the academic thoughts of Food Industrial Ecology have been developed gradually, laying the foundation for training competent personnel with Food Industrial Ecology thinking.
