摘要
着重分析计算了当发电机中性点采用高阻接地方式时的非金属性接地故障。建议在工频耐压水平允许的条件下,采用Xn/Rn=0.58来选择中性点接地电阻值,以使故障点的最大可能发热功率降低至最小值。并建议国产发电机提高工频耐压水平,重点开发能准确监测绕组绝缘、反应非金属性接地故障的继电保护装置。
This paper focuses on the analysis and calculation of the non-metallic earthing fault, when the generator's neutral point is grounded with high resistance. The formula of Xo/Rn =0. 58 is recommended to select the value of the grounding resistance in this article, if the condition of the permitted standard of base frequency voltage tolerance is met, so that the possible maximum heating power at the fault point might be reduced to the minimum value. Finally, the paper suggests that the level of the base frequency voltage tolerance of domestic generators be raised, and that the development of protection relay device be brought into focus, which can accurately monitor the generator winding insulation and reflect the non-metallic earthing fault.
