摘要
参照GB5096方法进行铜片腐蚀试验,考察了齿轮油硫氮体系及硫磷氮体系的抑制铜腐蚀性能,研究直链有机胺的引入对只含硫体系或硫磷体系齿轮油抑制铜腐蚀性能的影响,初步分析了腐蚀试验铜片表面膜的形成及存在的元素。试验结果表明,有机胺的加入使只含硫体系的齿轮油抑制铜腐蚀的性能变差;使含硫磷体系的齿轮油抑制铜腐蚀性能得到改善,铜片表面形成一层有机化学膜。
The effects of linear organic amines on the anticorrosion properties of sulfur nitrogen type gear oil system and sulfur phosphorus nitrogen type gear oil system were evaluated by copper strip corrosion tests. The formation of sulfur film on the copper strip as well as the existed elements were analyzed. It was found that the amines inhibited the anticorrosion performance of the sulfur containing system, improved the anticorrrosion performance of the sulfur phosphorus containing system, and organic films were formed on the copper strip surfaces.
