摘要
筛前动脉是前颅底和额隐窝的重要解剖标志,手术损伤可导致严重并发症。了解其正常走行以及邻近结构,对提高手术安全性和副鼻窦内镜手术结果有非常重要的意义。本文综述了筛前动脉解剖结构及相关影像学检查,以及320层容积CT(VCT)筛前动脉血管成像的优势。
Anterior ethmoidal artery is an important anatomical landmark of anterior skull base and frontal recess,and which surgical injury to this artery can lead to serious complications.Understanding of its normal course and adjacent structure is helpful to improve surgical safety and the outcome of endoscopic sinus surgery.In this paper,the anatomy and imaging of anterior ethmoid artery were reviewed,especially the advantage of 320 row volume CT（VCT） in imaging of anterior ethmoidal artery.
