摘要
霍乱具有发病快、易流行、危害严重的特点，早发现、早诊断对于霍乱防治工作尤为重要。单独使用分离培养法、胶体金法、PCR检测法均不能很好地早期发现霍乱疫情，而联合使用胶体金法、分离培养法可以充分发挥其各自优势，具有检测速度快、高灵敏度、高特异度的特点，且具有价格低廉的优势，适用于基层卫生系统进行有效的霍乱防治工作，具有推广意义。
Cholera spreads quickly, producing a serious influence to people. It is very important of early detection and early diagnosis to guard against cholera. Isolated use of isolation-Culture Method or eoUoidal gold method or PCR method can not be a good early detection of comma bacillus. The joint use of colloidal gold method and isolated-culture method can give full play their respective advantages and detection speed, high sensitivity, high specificity characteristics, and has the advantages of inexpensive, suitable for grass-roots health system for effective prevention and treatment of cholera, with the promotion of significance.
