摘要
研究了眼科病床的合理安排问题。在尽可能同时考虑到患者对医院服务的满意程度(体现在平均逗留时间)及医院病床的利用率达到最大化的前提下,用秩和比法分析确定合理的评价指标体系,用以评价该问题的病床安排模型的优劣,并在使得所有病人在系统内的平均逗留时间(含等待入院及住院时间)最短的基础上建立病床比例分配模型。
This paper studies reasonable arrangement of ophthalmic beds, uses RSR method to analyze and determine reasonable evaluation index system to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of bed arrangement model under the premise of considering the satisfaction using rate of hospital beds, and sets up bed proportion allocation model on the basis of making all patients average stay the shortest in the hospital containing the time waiting for andstaying in the hospital.
