摘要
目的:控制工艺条件制备了有效成分含量不同的复方丹参片,观察其对麻醉犬冠脉结扎所致心肌梗死的保护作用。方法:采用麻醉犬冠脉结扎导致心肌梗死的方法造模,观察给药前后的影响。结果:复方丹参片工艺A组、工艺B组能降低冠脉结扎所致心肌梗死麻醉犬的HR和心肌耗氧量,复方丹参片工艺B组能降低冠脉结扎所致心肌梗死麻醉犬的DAP、MAP,抑制冠脉结扎所致的动静脉氧差增加。结论:工艺参数的调整影响复方丹参片有效成分的含量,有效成分达到一定量时,可明显缓解心肌缺血症状。
Objective： Prepared Danshen tablets under different process control plans are to be observed protective effects on acute myocardial infarction of dogs. Methods： To make the model of acute myocardial infarction of dogs by coronary ligation and to observe changes before and after of administration. Results： Danshen tablets have the protective effect on acute myocardial infarction. Both processes A and B appeared to decrease heart rate （HR） and myocardial oxygen consumption of the animal models; Processes B decrease DAP, MAP and the increase of arteriove- nous oxygen difference. Conclusion： Danshen Tablets can markedly relieve myocardial ischemia. The parameters of extraction impact on the content of the main effective constituents. The higher content of effective constituents induces the more remarkable protective effect.
