摘要
目的对我院全静脉营养液(TPN)处方中药物使用情况进行分析,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法调查我院2008年7月-2009年6月共255张TPN处方及病例资料,并进行统计分析。结果我院TPN处方设计基本合理,但仍存在组分不全、配比不合适等问题。结论临床医生应针对患者的营养状况准确评定,合理设计配方,恰当地选择使用各种药物,提高临床营养治疗的安全性和有效性。
Objective To analyze the drug use of total parenteral nutrition（TPN）prescription in our hospital,and provide references for rational drug use.Methods A total of 255 pieces of TPN prescription and cases from July 2008 to June 2009 in our hospital were investigated and analyzed.Results The prescription design of TPN was basically reasonable,but some problems such as drug selection failure and unsuitable combination still existed.Conclusion Clinicians should aim at the accurate evaluation of patients′ nutritional status,design reasonable formulation,and choose appropriate drugs,therefore improve the clinical effect and safety of nutrition therapy.
