摘要
当前高等职业教育与企业生产实际脱节,造成毕业生就业困难,借助校企合作平台推进工学结合的创新培养模式,是解决这一问题的有效方法。而毕业生进入职场后对于企业文化的不适应,阻碍了他们的职业生涯发展,所以在职业指导过程中应该促进校企文化交流,这样更有利于学生了解企业文化,为他们的职业生涯奠定良好的基础。
Higher vocational education is somewhat disjunctive to enterprise, which results in graduates finding it difficult to get a job. Promoting the work-study cultivating mode by way of college-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to solve the above problem. Graduates are not easily accustomed to enterprise culture, which hinders their vocational development. Therefore, in the course of career guidance, it is of vital necessity to promote college-enterprise cultural exchange, thus helping students understand enterprise culture and lay a good foundation for their future career.
