摘要
回首埃以握手言和以来的双边关系,不难发现两国交往更多体现在政治层面,民间交流与之形成鲜明对比,此种非常态的双边关系即为"冷和平".运用唯物史观的内外因辩证原理深刻剖析"冷和平"状态形成及持续的背景因素,了解其深层次的必然性,对于准确理解埃以双边关系及埃及、以色列各自的外交政策有着重要意义.毫无疑问,这也有助于对埃以关系的发展做出更为准确的判断.
It is easy to discovery that the contacts between Egypt and Israel embodied in political aspects not in folk from the reconciliation between them. This kind of bilateral relations is the ＂cold peace＂. It will be helpful to understand accurately the relations between them and their diplomatic policies through analysing the reason of the formation of the ＂cold-peace＂ and why the ＂cold-peace＂ lasted so long, and the inevitability by the dialectical principle of historical materialism. Without a doubt, It is also helpful to make a more accurate judgment about the development of the relations between them.
