2型糖尿病合并肺结核75例临床分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病对肺结核的临床表现和治疗效果的影响。方法我院2007年1-12月收治的2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者75例作为观察组(初治),另随机选出同期单纯肺结核患者80例作为对照组(初治),回顾性对比分析两组临床症状、痰菌涂阳率、胸部X线表现及抗结核疗效。结果观察组发热和咯血发生率以及痰菌涂阳率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胸部X线下肺野病变发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),病变类型以实变为主,空洞发生率也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。12个月抗结核治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率和痰菌阴转率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者临床症状及胸部X线偏离典型单纯肺结核的表现,2型糖尿病对抗结核疗效有不利的影响。
