摘要
作为一项有效的疟疾防治技术措施，杀虫剂浸泡蚊帐已在世界范围内得到广泛应用。但是，在部分疟区，却未能达到预期的效果。为探索杀虫剂浸泡蚊帐地区疟疾流行的危险因素，选择在已持续开展杀虫剂浸泡蚊帐灭蚊达８年，至今疟疾仍未基本控制的四川省筠连县进行了流行病学和社会经济因素调查。结果显示，人群不良的生活习惯，卫生保健意识淡漠以及疟疾防治工作质量不高是影响杀虫剂浸泡蚊帐控制疟疾效果的主要危险因素。本文对产生这些因素的原因及结果进行了分析。
As an effective malaria control measure, insecticide impregnated bednet has widely been applied at the endemic areas over the world which has reduced not only the chance of man mosquito contact, but the density of mosquito population as well However, the expected effectiveness on blocking malaria transmission has not been attained at some areas To search for the potential risk factors interfering with malaria control at these areas, Junlian County of Sichuan was selected as a field to carry out a survey on epidemiological and social economic aspects, where the measure of insecticide impregnated bednet had been used for successive 8 years and malaria has not been under control yet The results showed that poor health knowledge and unhealthy behavior among residents, and low quality of malaria control activities constituted major risk factors to counteract or weaken the original antimalarial measure Based on the stratified analyses there were significant differences between relative hyperendemic and hypoendemic areas in the parameters mentioned above In the paper, the reasons and outcomes causing malaria uncontrollable were also explained in detail
