三峡建坝后长江安徽段生态环境变化与血吸虫病传播关系的研究 被引量:22

摘要 为预测三峡建坝后长江安徽段水位、泥沙变化引起的生态环境改变对血吸虫病传播的影响,作者于1994-1997年对此进行了一系列调查研究和分析论证。结果表明:①三峡建坝后春季部分低洼滩地将提前上水,秋季较高滩地将提前露滩。结合滩地高程分析,建坝后水位变幅似不足以引起钉螺分布范围较大的变化。②泥沙变化将更有利于滩地淤积,支流淤塞,滩地面积进一步增加,将为钉螺扩散提供孳生地,进而可能使钉螺面积增加。③建坝后对较大洪水有削峰作用,从而将减少洪涝灾害,进而减少因洪水而造成钉螺扩散以及人群因抗洪救灾而接触疫水。④水沙时空的变化将会引起人畜上滩活动及滩地开发利用等方面的变化,进而引起人畜感染的变化。本文还针对三峡建坝后长江安徽段水沙特点,结合客观自然条件及未来区域经济发展的要求,提出了对策性防范措施。 To predict schistosomiasis transmission after the building of the Three Gorges Reservoir, a complehensive survey was carried out during 1994 1997 The results showed that: (1) The variation of water level i e the lower marshland would be submerged at pre flood season while the higher marshland emerged at pre dry season would hardly influence on snail distribution (2) The snail habitat area would be increased as the increase of marshland by sedimentation (3) The human infection due to flood fighting would be decreased as the flood under effective control (4) The change of activity of residents and cattle would influence on infection chance In the paper, the protective strategies and measures based on characteristic of water level and sedimentation, natural condition and requirement of future economic development have been put forward
