摘要
素质教育是以人本为基点,强调个性,强调人文价值。而艺术教育是一种最自然,最合乎人性的教育,是实施素质教育的重要内容。艺术教育在高素质创新型人才创造力的培养中具有特别重要的作用。
The man-based quality education centers on individuality and humane values, while art educa- tion is the most natural, humane and important component of quality education. Art education plays a significant role in quality education.
