摘要
"新课程标准"在农村能否有效实施很大程度上取决于教师的整体素质,而如何提高他们的整体素质和专业能力是教师教育研究必须面对和解决的问题。基于农村英语教师教育发展的不同环境、可以采用以资源中心学习模式、校本教研模式、校际研讨模式、自主发展模式、研究性学习模式、分层次培训模式、远程教育模式和跟踪指导模式等来促进教师专业能力的发展。
Whether the new curricular standard can be efficiently implemented in rural schools depends on the integral quality of the teachers. Therefore, improvement of their quality and professional ability is a solution to the problems in the teacher education researches. So the education development modes are discussed in relation to center learning, teaching - oriented researching, autonomous development, muhiple - layered training, and distance education.
