模糊PID在加气砼配料过程中的应用 被引量:3

Fuzzy PID and Its Application in Ingredient Mixing Process of Aerated Concrete

摘要 针对目前加气砼生产过程中配料工段普遍存在计量不准确的问题,结合该工段工艺特点,提出采用模糊PID控制方法对原料配比过程进行控制,实现PID参数在线整定。对控制系统建立仿真模型并进行仿真试验,结果表明:和常规PID控制相比,其超调量降低了30%,而系统响应时间却只有常规PID的1/8,该系统能够适时、准确地调整PID参数,从而调整原料配比,提高胶结料质量。 In view of the universal existence of inaccurate measurement in aerated concrete ingredient process,combining with its technology characteristics,a control method of fuzzy PID is proposed to control the ingredient mixing process.By this method,online tuning of PID parameters is realized.The field application shows that this system can adjust PID parameters on-line automatically and accurately,thus adjust raw material ratio and improve cementing material quality.
